Our housing contracts start in August and end in July of each year. We want to make the processes of moving in simple, so our contracts align with the University of Georgia academic calendar. Students can move-in right before the fall semester begins.
The Mark offers 22 different floor plans for our Athens apartments, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and five-bedroom apartments. Many of our floor plans feature individual bathrooms attached to a private bedroom. The number of bathrooms in your specific apartment depends on the selected floor plan.

Our apartments range in size from studio apartments to five-bedroom units. Our smallest unit (The Sutton) is 452 square feet, while our most massive apartment (The Hamlet) is 2,557 square feet. The number of square feet in your apartment depends on the selected floor plan.
Yes! We offer covered and uncovered garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee.
Yes. The apartments are wired with high-speed Internet and come with Wi-Fi capabilities.
At The Mark, the safety of our residents is our top priority. We provide on-site management and maintenance, and every apartment comes with electronic key systems for added security. Residents have 24/7 access to community amenities and secure entry to their homes. Additionally, The Mark has live-on courtesy officers at our community.
Each installment payment is due on the first (1st) of each month. Payments submitted after the fourth (4th) day of the month are considered late. Residents can drop off their monthly payments at the leasing office or pay online using our convenient resident portal.
At The Mark, monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, cable, trash services, as well as access to all our on-site community amenities.
